Transcripts will be sent electronically free of charge to a post-secondary institution of the student’s choice or scholarship granting agencies. Transcript requests should be made to the records clerk Mr. Brooks at 904.646.5100 ext. 1133. Copies of report cards are also obtained in the records office.
Goal setting, time Management, college readiness, career readiness, social and emotional concerns, organizational skills, test taking and study skills and a wide range of topics not listed either in the classroom, individually and/or in small groups.
Individual credit evaluations are completed during registration each year prior to the scheduling of classes for the coming year. Seniors have additional individual credit checks in the fall of their senior year and again in January of the senior year. This confirms graduation requirements are met. A curriculum guide describing the courses available to satisfy the needs, abilities, and interests of each student is provided to every student and parent through the guidance department.

Vision: It is the vision of the SHS School Counseling Department to recognize and address all barriers to ensure student receive a quality educational environment that promotes social responsibility, emotional well-being, and academic excellence in high school and beyond.
