Dear Parents of Seniors,
On Jan. 20, 2015, Baldwin Middle-Senior High School became one of nine pilot schools to bring the county’s new grade portal system online. The new system is called FOCUS and it replaces Oncourse. Other schools in the county will all be on-line with this program in the fall. This system is being phased in over the next two weeks and parents will then have access to grades and attendance.
Parents will need to register to track students’ grades and they should also, with this new program, be able to see their child’s attendance. Once it is fully launched, FOCUS will provide an outlet for students to upload assignments directly to the teacher in a streamlined fashion and teachers, if they chose, may post assignments and lesson plans on line.
It’s an exciting time experience upgrades in technology to increase our collaboration as partners in educating Baldwin’s finest.
For more information, please click on the link below and follow the steps to register for grade access.
Students can access the site with their previously assigned school sign-on and password, as they do for all other school-based program.
