The district's department of emergency management serves to ensure that all school personnel are well trained and are aware of the appropriate procedures to follow if an emergency were to occur.
Given the tragic events across the nation the District has taken a more aggressive approach to emergency management as it relates to planning, training, scheduling drills, and ongoing monitoring. The district works to ensure that our schools incorporate a readiness factor to be prepared in case of an emergency situation.
