Duval County Public Schools has contracted with Bank of America to administer the Visa Purchasing Card Program. The Purchasing Card provides an electronic purchasing and payment process to acquire goods and services in a cost effective and controlled manner. The program targets small purchases under $750.00 and travel. The card may not be used for personal purchases. The Purchasing Card allows the ability to make make small purchases directly from the vendor without going through the normal requisition process thus reducing paperwork and processing time.
A card may be obtained by completing the P-Card Application
and returning to Purchasing Services.
Lost, misplaced, or stolen cards must be reported immediately to Bank of America at the following number: 1-877-543-4453
