    Parents Who Lead
Parents Who Lead is a proven initiative modeled after the National Parent Leadership Institute's parent leadership program, and is a direct result of the partnership between Duval County Public Schools, Jacksonville Public Education Fund (JPEF) and the Kids Hope Alliance.
