What is the strategic plan?
A strategic plan is an organization’s process of defining its direction and making decisions on resource allocation in the pursuit of a strategy.
There are four key components of strategic planning:
- Vision Statement: Outlines what the organization wants to be.
- Mission Statement: Defines the fundamental purpose of an organization.
- Values: Beliefs that are shared among the stakeholders of an organization.
- Goals and Strategies: Narrowly defined road map of the organization's end vision.
