    JLCP’s Extended Day Program 2021-2022

    • Hours: afterschool until 5:30pm – pick up is behind the school (Minerva Ave) in the cafeteria: Please park in the faculty parking lot between 2:50 - 3:30 and 4:50 - 5:15 due to bus loading zone being used for dismissal of school and/or sports.
      • Walking forms available for students to dismiss themselves between 5:15-5:30 pm

    • Pay: Roughly $100 a month (every 20 school days) à Tentative payment schedule located below
      • Online payments using new platform Eleyo
        • You will need to create an account here: https://duvalschools.reg.eleyo.com/
        • Register your student (this is the application)
          • Slack will have to accept the application before you can make a payment*

     

    • Study Hall: Monday – Thursday: until 4/4:30pm – student’s will be encouraged to keep working on assignments until all homework is completed throughout closing.
      • Students will need their own DCPS laptops/chargers
      • They will have access to JLCP teachers for homework help (it is the student’s responsibility to ask for help when needed)
      • Teacher Availability:
        • Math: Monday – Friday
        • ELA: Monday and Wednesday
        • History: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
        • Science: Monday – Friday
    • Friday: Fun Fridays
      • Weather Permitting: Outside Play
      • Free time, Computer games, etc.
