    The Art Resource Center is open by appointment only.
     
    The Art Resource Center (ARC) is located on the campus of Southside Middle School at:
    2924 Knights Lane East
    Building 2
    Jacksonville, FL 32216 
      
     
     The Art Resource Center is a space that houses visual art reproductions and prints, instructional resources, visual art textbooks and other print materials, as well as studio space that is utilized for visual art workshops, professional development, and hands-on art exploration.
     
    The ARC is also the hub of curriculum writing and instructional support for the visual art teachers of Duval County Public Schools.
     
    Through this space, the art department is able to support visual art teachers and students, as well as art programs with the goal of ensuring that all students have access to the highest quality arts instruction.  
     
    The recently expanded studio space of the ARC now offers room for ceramics work including work on the potter's wheel. 
     
    Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings are hosted at the ARC on select Early Release Days as well as workshops throughout the calendar year.
