Graduating seniors of a Duval County public high school can qualify for the Seal of Biliteracy by completing ONE of the following:
- Passing four different high school credit courses of the same language with an unweighted average of 3.0*
- Receiving passing scores on a qualifying test*
- Submission of a portfolio when courses or a test are not available*
