    All sports have a risk of injury; the more contact in a sport, the greater the risk of injury.
    To reduce this risk of injury, follow these Injury Prevention Techniques

    1. Increase flexibility with everyday routine of dynamic warmup before practice and static stretching after
    2. Proper technique
    3. Proper jumping mechanic
    4. Rest. Take time off- Athletes should have 1 month a year off to rest
    5. Limit Exposure
    6.  Wear proper protective equipment
    7. Strengthen Muscles to enhance performance
    8. Stay Hydrated!
    9. Follow rules of the game
