Our mission at Business Professionals of America is to contribute to the preparation of global professionals through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic and technological skills.
As a co-curricular organization, Business Professionals of America has the ability to enhance student participation in professional, civic, service and social endeavors. Business Professionals of America members participate in these activities to accomplish their goals of self-improvement, leadership development, professionalism, community service, career development, public relations, student cooperation, safety and health.
Some of BPA’s other major programs include the National Leadership Academy, National Officer elections and scholarships. The Torch Awards Program and BPA Cares Program recognize students and chapters, respectively, for their leadership and service to their chapter and community.
The Jean Ribault High School Chapter was estbalished during the 2018-19 school year and have had several students compete in the Regional, State and qualify for the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim California. We also have one newly elected State Officer in the chapter.
Next year, we are looking for 10 more students to gain leadership skills and join this rank of professionalism.
