• Below are some helpful tips and pictures of some exercises and stretches that can be helpful and doable at home for commonly sustained injuries. As always, the Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is available and happy to help the athletes with any injury. However, in the event that an injury occured over the weekend or athete was in a rush and could not see the ATC, some tips are provided for at-home care. Every athlete is encouraged to see the ATC after any injury to get an evaluation and help determine the severity of the injury, as well as provide necessary treatments.
