REQUESTS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN DUVAL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Please read each of the three documents below before submitting your Request to Conduct Research application. They outline all the information you will need to know and will help prevent you from having to resubmit your materials because they were incomplete or done incorrectly. All applications and support materials must be submitted hard copy as well as emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Review of your proposal will begin when the hard copies are delivered to the office.
Also please note, applications submitted after March 15 of the current school year will only be approved for research that is to begin in the Fall of the following school year.
