• This link opens a web-based form.  Requestor will be asked for the following information:

     

    • School Name
    • School Number
    • Event Dates
    • Single occurrence or a recurring
    • List of rooms being used
    • Purpose of Event

     

    This process is so easy it can be completed using a smart phone.  24 hours notice is required because schedulers are not on call.

     

    When the requestor completes and submits the form, emails are sent to the individual responsible for event scheduling and also to their supervisor and others.  When the event is scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent.
