21st Century Community Learning Centers

The US Department of Education, through the Florida Department of Education, provides funding to communities through 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC).
The 21st CCLC Program is an afterschool program offered at select schools in Duval County. Each 21st CCLC Program is a combination of academic assistance and remediation and recreation and enrichment activities for students and their families. Additionally, the nutritional needs of students are addressed through snacks and a light dinner each day. The 21st CCLC afterschool program is free of charge to participating students.
