• Baldwin Home Room - FAQ

Q: What is the Bell Schedule for this year?

A: The Bell Schedule can be located here. It is recommended that you save a copy to your computer or device, and please be aware that this schedule may change in the future as we navigate the challenges presented by COVID-19.

Q: Do I have to be online in Microsoft Teams at my scheduled class time?

A: YES. Whether your class is online or in-person, you are required to be present at your scheduled class time. Your online schedule is no different than your in-person schedule. Students will be responsible for singning in for daily attendance for their online classes. Teachers will provide instructions for signing in.

Q: How do I access my Online Classes using Microsoft Teams?

A: Go to oneview.duvalschools.org and sign in. Click "SharePoint" in the top left corner. Click the Teams icon. You are in! Click on the individual Teams icons to access your classes.

Q: How do I access my DCPS Email from home?

A: Launch a Google Chrome web browser. In the address bar, type in oneview.duvalschools.org. On the DCPS login page, click "DCPS Login." Type in your username and password. Once on the OneView landing page, go to the upper left corner and click the 9-dot box. Several Office 365 applications will appear. Click "Outlook" to access your email.

Q: What is my Student Username & Password?

A: To access HomeRoom, students need to log in with their DCPS username and password.

    • Username if using a DCPS device (such as a school laptop): s + 8-digit student number (no spaces)

    • Username if using a personal device (such as an iPad): s + 8-digit student number@students.duvalschools.org   (example: s12345678@students.duvalschools.org)

    • Password: first letter of the student's legal name, upper case (example: John Smith = J), student's birth day (example: 01-15-2009 = 15), first letter of the student's last name, lower case (example: John Smith = s), and the last four digits of the student's social security number (example: Social Security # 123-45-6789 = 6789). So, in our example, John Smith, born 01-15-2009 with a Social Security number of 123-45-6789, has a password of J15s6789.   Please note: if no Social Security number was provided, use the last four digits of the student number instead.
