Social Security Number | Reference Contact Information | Email Address | Date of Birth |Driver's License (if required)
Eligibility Documentation
All applicants must provide proof of their eligibility for the position for which they are applying. This documentation will vary based on the position but reviewing the list below will be helpful.
* Degree-Conferred Transcripts with Date of Award and Degree/Major
* Passing Score Report (if required)
* Resume - Though optional, if you are applying for a position that requires specific experience requirements, including a resume will aide staff in determining your eligibility for the position.
