Federal Impact Aid - Survey Announcement
It is that time of year when as a district we survey our families and gather data on each of our federally connected students. Each year, the district uses the Student-Parent Survey for Federal Impact Aid to identify our federally connected students and to support our request for Impact Aid funding. This year Duval County is participating in the DOE’s Electronic Data Collection Pilot program. The transition from paper surveys to the electronic surveys will allow parents/guardians to complete one survey per household rather than one form per child. We are excited about this new collection process and ask that you take a few moments to complete the online survey located here:
