PLUS GENERAL PTA MEETING

SCHEDULE
5:30-5:45pm: Virtual PTA General Meeting: A virtual presentation will be posted on the school website and the budget will be proposed. Please email our PTA president, Amanda Maples at MaplesA1@duvalschools.org in order to vote on the budget. The presentation will also be posted on our school’s Facebook page.
5:45-6:00 pm: Admin/Resource Teachers Introductions: Login to TEAMS on your child’s homeroom teacher’s TEAM page to meet our Admin Team and Resource teachers. (Please see attached sheet for directions on how to access Teams. If you have any questions please reach out to your child’s teacher). The presentation will also be posted on our school’s Facebook page.
6:00pm-6:45pm: Classroom Open House: Login to TEAMS on your child’s classroom page in order to meet your teacher, hear their presentation, and gain valuable information regarding their classroom.
6:45pm-7:15pm: Open Office Hours: If you didn’t have a chance to login to your child’s class at 6pm, or have multiple children, you can meet the teacher during this time by logging into TEAMS.
