    Dr. Moore is elated to join the Wolfpack team, bringing over 30 years of educational experience. Her distinguished career in education has led to an award-winning English/ Journalism teacher for over 14 years and over 16-years in middle school administration. Serving in areas of: Teacher Recruitment & Retention, Professional Development, Curriculum Development, Teacher Training & Mentoring, Strategic Planning & Scheduling, as well as Budget and Grant Management.


    Her career experiences include Jean Ribault, First Coast, Mandarin, and Lee High Schools, Jeb Stuart, Kirby Smith (Springfield) and Kernan Middle Schools, Douglas Byrd Middle School, Fayetteville Technical College both of North Carolina. She is a recipient of many educational awards to include: Teacher, Dean, and Assistant Principal of the Year. She has served in various capacities, including… NJHS Sponsor, Student Activities Director, Coach of Intramural Sports, Newspaper Sponsor, Yearbook Sponsor, School leadership committees, Drop Out Prevention Chair, English Department Chair and more.


    Dr. Moore is a participative leader who serves as a consultant, coach, evaluator & mentor to colleagues as well as students. She serves as a member of the Cognia AdvancED Accreditation Board for over 12 years reviewing continuous improvement for charter, private and public schools.


    She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Education as well as her Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. She received her doctorate from NOVA Southeastern University in Educational Leadership with a minor in Curriculum Development. She is a UF Lastinger Certified Coach, was featured in Who’s Who in America and currently holds certification in English 6-12, Educational Leadership and School Principal all levels.


    She is committed to assisting students and teachers in being successful as they use their experiences to grow and glow.
