'Farm to Table'

  • Culinary 3 students from Terry Parker High School recently created two hydroponics inventions from the classroom.  Hydroponics is a technique used to grow plants without soil by using mineral-nutrient solution based water.  Growing herbs and other plants for use in the kitchen, the success of their invention can be classified as the beginning stages of a 'Farm to Table' operation.
