Summer VPK is for students who will enter kindergarten this fall and did not participate in a VPK program requiring a Certificate of Eligibility.  If you want to enroll, please complete the application using the link below.  Once completed, please call 904-630-6790 to schedule a time to bring the following documents to complete registration: 

1. Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition for summer school (300-hour certificate)
2. Proof of age
3. Two proofs of address
4. Proof of Florida Immunization
5. Proof of Florida Physical Exam
