New DCPS Procedure for Uploading Athletic Paperwork
Step 1: Create an account on AKTIVATE https://www.registermyathlete.com/login
Step 2: Create an account for https://.nfhslearn.com
Step 3: Each athlete must enroll in 3 courses (Heat Illness Prevention, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Concussions in Sports) All Free of Charge
Step 4: Once you finish with the 3 courses upload the certificates in AKTIVATE
Step 5: Log-in your account on AKTIVATE and upload all athletic paperwork on the website Copy of Birth Certificate, EL2 Sports Physical, DCPA Pre- Participation Athletic Screening Form, EL3 Consent and Release from Liability Certificate, Verification of Health Insurance Coverage, Copy of Insurance Card, and Sportsmanship Contract
