ALL transcript requests must be made through the Student Services Office in the Media Center, in person, on school days, during student lunches and before or after school by completing a Transcript Request Form available in the Media Center at Student Services.How long does it take to receive my transcript or record request?
ALL Record requests, including transcripts, take 3 days to prepare and proper identification is required at pick up. Please pick them up in the Main Guidance Office, Room 102. There is a $3 transcript fee for each hard copy. State of Florida Public Colleges & Universities accepting transcripts through the Florida FASTER system will be sent FREE of charge.Are Transcripts mailed, faxed or emailed?
No. Transcripts are not e-mailed, faxed or mailed (except final to accepted college of choice post-graduation in June).Are Electronic Transcripts sent to public Florida Colleges?
Yes, but you must complete a Transcript Request Form and submit it to Student Services, located in the Media Center.How will you receive my Florida Virtual School Grades?
You must print out and bring your Florida Virtual School grades in to your guidance counselor. These grades/records are NOT auto-generated into our system from FLVS and may delay registration into the appropriate classes or delay credit(s) appearing on your transcript
Graduates from the class of 2016 to current may come in person to request an official or unofficial hard copy transcript for the fee of $3.00 cash each.
For those living outside of the country, state or in the military, please contact the Registrar to inquire about best methods for obtaining your documents @ 904-538-5120 ext 1015.
If you are requesting your transcript to be sent via the State of Florida FASTER system, you may download the request form, complete and either e-mail it to the guidance clerk, Jessica Sayre @ firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to the Records Department 904-538-5148.
Alumni from 2015 and prior graduates/non-graduates must request transcripts from the district by calling 904-390-2088.
