Transcript Requests 

9/2022:     Final transcripts are now available for all classes from 2017 - 2022.  Please complete the Transcript Request Form at the following link:

How do I request transcripts?

ALL transcript requests must be made by completing the Transcript Request Form at the following link:

How long does it take to receive my transcript or record request?

ALL record requests, including transcripts, take 3 days to prepare and proper identification is required at pick up.  Please pick them up in the School Counseling Office, Room 102.  There is a $3 transcript fee for each hard copy. State of Florida Public Colleges & Universities accepting transcripts through the Florida FASTER system will be sent FREE of charge. 

Are Transcripts mailed, faxed or emailed?

No. Transcripts are not e-mailed, faxed or mailed (except final to accepted college of choice post-graduation in June).  

Are Electronic Transcripts sent to public Florida Colleges? 

Yes, but you must complete a Transcript Request Form and submit it via the Transcript Request link below:
