The Exceptional Student Education Advisory Committee (ESEAC) is a team of parents, educators, community service providers and student support agency representatives. We collaborate in partnership with the Exceptional Education and Student Services (EESS) Duval County Public Schools (DCPS).
The ESEAC sponsors four general meetings throughout the school year which are open to the public. Speakers present on various topics of importance to parents.

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 – Trauma Informed Care, Families in Transition Katrina Taylor, Takiya Tillman and Trina Lovett
Katrina Taylor, Director of School Behavioral Health will discuss Trauma Informed Care. Takiya Tillman, Social Worker for Families in transition and Trina Lovett, Foster Care Liaison, will also share information on displaced students/families.
Tuesday, May 19, 2020 – Gail Roberts, Executive Director, Exceptional Student Education
Mrs. Roberts will share success and challenges that occurred in the 2019-20 school year. She will also discuss any changes or things to look for in the upcoming school year.
