• 2024-2025 VPK Late Application Information

  • Information for VPK Registration

    The VPK late application steps are as follows:

     

    • Obtain a Certificate of Eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition on or after January 1, 2024.  Visit www.elcduval.org to apply for a school-year certificate.
    • Create a Student ID and a FOCUS account for your child. The link to create the number and/or a FOCUS account is https://dcps.duvalschools.org/Page/34135.  Write down the student number.  If your child has been screened by Child Find, attended Head Start at a DCPS site, or was previously enrolled, your child has a student number. 

     

    Apply using one of the options below:

     

    • To apply, you can use the QR code:  

     

    • Visit the office at 1531 Winthrop Street between 9:00 am-2:00 pm.  Please be sure to bring your documents with you.
