VPK Registration for Late Applicants for Duval County Public Schools
The late application period for Duval County Public Schools VPK programs for the 2020-2021 school year is now open. Families who are interested in private care or daycare facilities should contact the private school, daycare, or the Early Learning Coalition for assistance.
VPK Late Application Submission Steps
Parents of students new to Duval County Public Schools, must create a student number and parent account. Parents of students who have had previous engagement with the district through ESE services, Head Start, or the Teen Parent program, do not need to create a student number. However, all parents are encouraged to create a parent account. Click here to create the student number and/or parent account.
Once the student number and/or parent account is created, please email two proofs of address to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please be sure to provide the student's name and/or student number. Once the address has been verified and the parent account is approved, the parent will receive an email within 1-2 business days with the application attached. Parents are encouraged to complete the application and submit to email@example.com as soon as possible. Once received and processed, parents will receive an email with the status of the application. Once approved, the school will contact the parent to complete the registration process. Please note:
