It is so important for everyone to get their flu shot this year. That’s why DCPS Employee Wellness has partnered with both Publix and Southeastern Grocers to provide you with convenient access to the flu vaccine.  Oh, and did we mention everyone who participates gets a $10 gift card? Just remember to bring your insurance card!

New for this year, Southeastern Grocers and Florida Blue will be sponsoring a drive-up flu shot clinic for all DCPS Employees, Dependents (age 3 and up) and Retirees. Come join us at the District Office Saturday, November 14^th from 10am-1pm. A pharmacist will be there to administer your flu shot from the comfort of your car—no appointment needed! $10 Winn Dixie gift cards will be provided to all those who participate, and FL Blue will have some exciting giveaways to keep you healthy. Publix Onsite Flu Shots

A Publix Pharmacist will be administering flu vaccines at each school location starting September 14^th through October 30^th. Check out the schedule to see when they will be at your school site. Plus, you do not want to miss the opportunity to get a FREE $10 Publix gift card! The consent form can be printed and completed prior to the vaccine. To access the form, click here.
