We are now more than one quarter into the year of pandemic-era education and your children are doing a great job while they are on campus.
Face coverings, washing hands, staying home when you are sick and social distancing to the greatest extent possible are the best ways we can prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is important to follow these practices when you are in school, and it is just as important to follow these practices when involved with other activities outside of school.
Please take just a minute to watch the video below as a family. We appreciate the doctors and team at UF Health Jacksonville for taking the time to help all of us keep our schools as safe and healthy as possible.
As cold and flu season is approaching quickly, be especially attentive to keeping your children home if they have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea and other flu-like symptoms. If they have these symptoms, keep them home, and call your school for further guidance.
Thanks for doing your part to prevent the spread of COVID-19!
