FSA & EOC Testing Information
As we approach end-of-year testing, we have prepared some of the following resources to help you to understand the requirements and plan for the Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) and End Of Course Exams (EOC).
FSA and EOC Testing - Frequently Asked Questions - This document outlines who will be expected to take the various FSA and EOC tests this year. It also explains what test scores the state will apply toward graduation requirements for those tests which were missed / waived at the end of the 2019-2020 school year, and which tests will need to be made-up.
Testing for Duval HomeRoom (DHR) students - The Florida Department of Education is requiring all students in grades 6-12 to take their Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) and End of Course (EOC) exams at their school location. There will be no online options or alternative locations available. The following documents are specifically for these DHR students & guardians.
- Progress Monitoring Assessment #3 Parent Letter for DHR - This letter explains DCPS Progress Monitoring Assessments, and must be signed and returned to the school by February 12th.
- DHR District & State Assessment Q & A Guide - This document outlines the FDOE requirements for testing, and outlines safety protocols that will be in place here at DA.
- DHR Testing Schedule for the DCPS Quarter 3 Progress Monitoring Assessments - DHR students in certain courses are expected to participate in the Progress Monitoring Assessment (PMA). (Algebra 1, Geometry, Biology, US History Honors, AP US History, English 1 Honors, and English 2 Honors) This document includes the schedule for these tests, and outlines protocols for student participation.
