For ALL state assessment dates listed above, testing will begin at 9:30am. Students should arrive to campus between 9:05am - 9:30am. Duval HomeRoom students will be dropped off at the side car-rider loop (on Hornet's Nest) and make their way to the auditorium. If needed, they can stop by the cafeteria for a grab-and-go breakfast. All students will have their temperature checked prior to entering the building. Please note - if your child is sick or has been asked to quarantine please do not bring them to campus for testing. Students who show symptoms of illness, or who have been asked to quarantine will not be permitted on campus for testing. Thank you for working with us to ensure the safety of all students.

The testing times for each day are different, based on the length of the state assessment being administered that day (please see times above). Please note that these times are approximate, and may change based on actual start and stop times for the assessment groups. For Duval HomeRoom students, families should arrive to pick-up students at the end of the testing window for that days' assessment. Please drive to the back of the school, as dismissal for Duval HomeRoom students will take place in the back of the building.

If your child will be riding the bus, please make sure to register through the DCPS website prior to the date of your child's assessments. You will go to duvalschools.org, then select Departments, then select Transportation. There will be a link which will provide the information to register for the buses. Please make sure your child knows which bus he/she will ride. If your child will ride the bus, they will remain on campus until the end of the school day, and be dismissed with our other face-to-face students.

For face-to-face students, on state assessment dates students will be sorted into testing groups, and report to their testing teacher's classroom during the assessment window. At the end of the testing window for each day, students will rotate through their regularly scheduled classes on a modified bell schedule. Bell Schedules will be published on Take Flight, so students will know when to report to each class period for each day.

If your child is a Duval HomeRoom student, you must register him/her for the state assessments. Below is the link for this registration. Again, this is for Duval HomeRoom students only. If your child attends class face-to-face, they do not need to be registered.

The window for registration will be open from 4/22/21 - 4/30/21. Your child must be registered by the deadline. Please click the link below to register:
