• All James Weldon Johnson 8th graders have the chance to complete the PSAT during the school year prior to entering high school. The PSAT is conducted during school hours in the fall each year. DCPS policy states that only 8th grade students take this test during school, it is no longer administered to 7th grade students through JWJ.

    After students complete the PSAT, guidance counselors will help students log into their College Board account to view their scores. Here is an example of what a score report will look like.
