    1.  Select Child Info

    2.  Select Forms

    3.  Select 23-24 Transportation Registration Form

    4.  Review Address  -  The Primary Address is used to determine the Bus Assignment

            a.  If the Address is Correct - go to "Does Your Child Need Bus Transportation" and Select Yes

            b.  If the Address is Not Correct - Contact Your Child's School to Update Befre Proceding

    5.  Click Submit Request

    Repeat these steps for any additional students in the family
