    Are you receiving automated phone calls from your child’s school?

    If not, it’s possible that you do not have a DCPS Parent Account that is linked to your child.

    Having a DCPS Parent Account that is linked to your child is now required in order to receive automated messages. These messages can include:

    1. Emergencies such as a school lockdown or crisis event
    2. School closure news or information regarding changes to the school calendar
    3. Notice of your child’s absence
    4. Important school information

    We encourage you to visit www.duvalschools.org/focus today to begin the process of creating your account!

    Note – If you already have a Parent Account that is linked to your child, but you’re not receiving phone calls, it may be likely your number needs to be updated. To review/update your information, login to OneView and select “My Contact Info.” If your phone number needs to be updated, select “Edit Info.”
