Do you want to compete as an SMS Knight?

Students with a desire to compete as an SMS Knight must submit the appropriate documentation. Please see the files in the Athletic Forms and Documents section. Along with the paperwork, students must be covered under a current insurance program. Students not currently covered by insurance can purchase the necessary School Accident and Catastrophic Insurance coverage online at www.schoolinsuranceagency.com.
