- Golden Anchor Ceremony (a character-based incentive program that awards students monthly for demonstrating the monthly character trait: September-respect, October-responsibility, November-citizenship, December-compassion, January-integrity, February-tolerance, March-resilience, April-commitment, May-accomplishment)
- Silver Anchor Program (a character-based incentive program that awards students weekly and the character traits are the same as the monthly character traits for Golden Anchor)

- Safety Patrol (4th and 5th grade students)
- Bi-Weekly Reading Progress Monitoring (tracking the number of lessons completed and passed for i-Ready and Achieve3000)
- BUG - Bringing Up Grades Awards (students are rewarded for increasing an academic grade while maintaining all other grades)
- Cafeteria Behavior Monitoring (monthly movie and various rewards for positive behavior)

- Garden Club - (help make our school grounds beautiful while learning about plants, nature, and animals while having fun too)!
- The Dashing Dolphins Anchor Academy Running Club (A mix of walking and running until we can run an entire 5K).
