    ESE Solution Center

    The ESE Solution Center offers parents, employees, and the community an open and safe line of communication to report any concerns related to Exceptional Education & Student Services about individual school classrooms, staff, instruction, and support. Both a phone line and email address are available for communicating with the district. Duval County Public Schools is committed to delivering outstanding customer service, accountability and transparency, and ensuring our schools are compliant with federal and state regulations.     Parent Services for Exceptional Education and Student Services, is a source of information on resources and training activities for parents of students with disabilities. Parents are very important team members in the exceptional education process. The goal is to provide networking opportunities and encourage parent involvement in educational activities, ultimately enhancing a student’s progress and success in education.
