    Greetings TLAM Family!

You may have already heard this in the media, but just in case, I am writing to inform you that our school campus, along with all other Duval County Public Schools, will remain closed for classes through May 1st for the health and safety of our students, staff, and community.  Because of this, we will continue with the Duval HomeRoom, homebased learning initiative, through May 1st.

As we watch the impact of COVID-19 continue to affect our community, we want to do everything we can to stop the spread of the virus. While remaining physically distant is a health and safety necessity, we want to let you know how much we care about your children. We continue to be dedicated to giving them the best instruction possible through the channels available to us.

I hope that you and your children continue to adjust positively to the home-learning arrangement. We cannot wait to welcome them back to school as normal, but until then, we want to support them in any way possible.  Please reach out to me if you have questions. The best way to reach me these days is through email at  We look forward to the day when we can all be together again until then virtual hugs to you all!

    In Partnership,

    Principal Williams
