We know that learning can take place only when there is a combination of efforts, interest, and motivation. Because we are committed to your child’s progress in school, we are going to do our best to promote his/her achievement.
This compact is a promise to work together. We believe that this compact can be fulfilled by our team effort. As partners we can improve teaching and learning.

·Plan a flexible curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
·Provide motivating and interesting learning experiences.
·Provide regular progress reports.
·Schedule parent/teacher conferences.
·Provide a 150 minute literacy block and a 90 minute math block to all students.
·Promote regular parental communication with the school using various communication methods.
·Ensure that my child is in attendance, on time, and ready to learn each day.
·Read to/with my child each day.
·Find out how my child is progressing by attending conferences with the teacher if needed, either in person, by telephone or Skype.
·Work with the school staff and cooperate to see that my child gets a good education.
·Attend at least one Parent Event each Nine Weeks.
·Maintain regular communication with the school.
·Read 30 minutes every day to a parent or buddy.
·Do my homework every day and ask for help when I need it.
· Do all my work to the best of my ability with a good attitude.
· Give to my parents or guardian all notices and information received by me from my school every day.
· Set a positive example for others to follow at school and at home.
