Proposed mergers involving Don Brewer, Susie E. Tolbert, and more to be discussed at school consolidation meetings this week

Sept. 30, 2024 – This week, the district will continue its meetings – known as school consolidation impact review meeting – with school communities regarding the proposal for six school mergers in the 2025-26 school year.

Sept. 23, 2024 – Earlier this month district leadership discussed the proposal of consolidating six elementary schools as part of the Master Facilities Plan revision. This proposal includes the consolidation of Annie R. Morgan Elementary into Biltmore Elementary and Kings Trail Elementary into Beauclerc Elementary.
