    Summer BreakSpot

Free school breakfast and lunch meals are available at school and non-school locations throughout Duval County as part of the Summer BreakSpot program. Dates and serving times vary.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was established to ensure that children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. When school is out, SFSP provides free meals to kids and teens!

In the Duval County community and communities throughout Florida, children age 18 and under are able to receive a free, nutritionally balanced breakfast and lunch at many participating locations during the summer. Visit summerbreakspot.org, call 2-1-1, or text “FoodFL” to 877-877 to find a location that is serving free meals!

If your child is attending a Duval summer VPK, Camp, Rise, ESOL, or ESY program, free breakfast and lunch are available. You can see Duval Summer School Programs meal menus by clicking on Menus (link on the left) or by visiting duvalschools.nutrislice.com. Download the free mobile app on Google Play or the App Store today!

If your child is attending summer school and has a documented food allergy on file with Chartwells, please contact our dietitians at 904-693-7676 x1004 or x1002.
