If you are canceling a charter school assignment please return the completed form to DuvalCharter@duvalschools.org.  

It may take up to ten business days to process the request.  

To lessen the disruption to the educational process, all in-district transfer requests will occur at the end of the nine-week grading period, except for approved hardship cases.
