The Duval County School Board will hold a Special Board Meeting on April 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Board Members may participate via video and/or telephone systems. The meeting will be held in the Cline Auditorium at the Administration Building at 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.

 

The purpose is to discuss the following topic(s):

 

• HIRING OF THIRD-PARTY COUNSEL AS A RESULT OF RECENT EVENTS AT DOUGLAS ANDERSON SCHOOL OF THE ARTS – UPDATE FROM OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL – SCOPE OF WORK – TIMELINE/COSTS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any person who anticipates an appeal of a decision made by the Duval County School Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, or who may decide to appeal such decision, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. This record will need to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
