Kindergarten Registration is Open!

Do you have a child that will be entering Kindergarten this upcoming school year? Don’t wait - Register them now! Spread the word.

 

  1. Child must be five years old on or before September 1st

  2. Register in the front office at San Jose Elementary on Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8am and 4pm

  3. If student did NOT attend DCPS VPK, create student ID prior to enrolling at school: www.duvalschools.org/focus

  4. Please bring: birth certificate or valid evidence of date of birth, Florida certification of immunization or exemption, physical examination no more than 12 months old, 2 proofs of address (JEA Bill/Drivers License/Mortgage/Lease and Insurance/Credit Card/Bank Statement/Cell Phone Bill/Etc.
