Wolfson Senior Speaks Her Way to National Competition

Congratulations to Wolfson High School Senior, Trinity King, for placing fourth in the impromptu speech category at the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) state competition.

She only had 10 minutes to prepare a four-minute long speech about being aware of “Fake News” and deliver it to a panel of judges. She stuck to two main points – individuals should check their sources and conduct their own research.

Trinity hopes these experiences will prepare her for a successful future in business finance.

She will represent Duval County Public Schools at the national competition this summer in San Antonio, Texas.
