2018-2019 Meet and Greet Schedule
Back to School Meet and Greet Events will be at the following times:
4th and 5th Grade: 10:00 - 11:00
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grade:  11:00 - 12:00
Kindergarten  12:30 - 1:30
Kindergarten - 5th Grade students will meet in the cafeteria at their designated time before going to the classrooms. You will be able to visit your child's classroom and meet their teachers.
Homework Help
To provide additional support to parents DCPS has developed a new resource, “The Elementary Math Parent Homework Helpline.”   This will begin on Tuesday, November 3rd and continue on Tuesday and Thursday nights.  Certified teachers will be available to assist families in solving problems and discussing mathematical questions and issues that their children are learning in class.  Parents can call in or join a collaborative online space from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in order to access assistance.

Parent/Guardian Portal Account Management

Once you have successfully created your account you may need to go back in and manage the account at times.  For example, you may need to add a student, remove a student, or update your personal information. 

Logging in to the Grade Portal:
Once the account approval process is complete, parents/guardians can log in the following day at: Students will also have access to the grade portal and will log in with their existing DCPS network credentials.
