Apply for schools online, review your child's grades and assignments, email teachers, access OneView and our Mobile App.
To access these services, follow these easy steps:
1. Create a student I.D.
You only need a new student I.D. if your student has NEVER been a student with us.
If you don't know your student's I.D., call your school or the School Choice Office at 904-390-2082.
Write it down. You will use it until your child graduates high school.
When you create your student's I.D., you will upload important documents. You can find a list of documents you'll need here.
2. Register for your parent/guardian acccount.
Write down your login and password. You will need it later.
Look for an email from us asking you to validate your email address.
Once you complete this step, you can access your new account within 24 hours.
3. Link your student to your account.
Log into your parent account to add your student.
Once the request is submitted, you must report to your school with your I.D. The school will approve the link for you.
Teachers/Administrators/Students use their district username and password to access Focus, OneView, and the Mobile App. Employees that are also a parents or guardians to a DCPS student must register for a separate parent/guardian account using a personal email address.
It could take up to 24 hours after an account is approved to be able to log into any of the above applications.
