May 15, 2025 – Team Duval is ready to finish out the 2024-25 school year strong. With the last day of school just around the corner, below are a few dates and reminders. Note that this information was also distributed to families directly by the schools.

Important Dates

• Wednesday, May 21: Last day of school for seniors

• Monday, May 26: Memorial Day (no school)

• Friday, May 30: Last day of school

Last Week of School – Elementary/Middle Schools

Elementary and middle schools will follow their regular school schedule from Tuesday, May 27 – Thursday, May 29. On Friday, May 30, they will follow a special early dismissal schedule.

Elementary schools will dismiss at 12 PM on Friday, May 30. Exceptions are below.

• 11:45 AM – Merrill Road

• 12:15 PM – Hyde Grove and S.P. Livingston

• 12:30 PM – Abess Park, Chet’s Creek, Enterprise, and Venetia

Middle schools will dismiss at 1:15 PM on Friday, May 30. Exceptions are below.

• 11:20 AM – Mattie V. Rutherford

• 11:25 AM – Ribault Middle

• 11:55 AM – James W. Johnson, Landon, and Springfield

• 12 PM – GRASP, John E. Ford, Westview

• 12:25 PM – LaVilla, Stilwell, and YMLA/YWLA

• 12:30 PM – Fort Caroline Middle

• 1:15 PM – Bridge to Success Middle

Last Week of School – High Schools

High schools will begin at their regular time and then dismiss at 11 AM from Tuesday, May 27 – Friday, May 30. Exceptions are below.

• 11:10 AM – Ribault High School

• 11:55 AM – Andrew Jackson, Darnell Cookman, Paxon, Stanton, and Wolfson

• 12:25 PM – APR, Douglas Anderson, and Frank H. Peterson

• 1:15 PM – Bridge to Succes High School

  
  

Exceptions – Center Schools

Grand Park, Mattie V. Rutherford, Mount Herman, and Oak Hill will dismiss at their regular time Tuesday, May 27 – Thursday, May 29.

On Friday, May 30, the following center schools will dismiss at either 11 AM or 12 PM:

• 11 AM - Alden Road and Palm Avenue

• 12 PM – Mount Herman and Oak Hill
