Traditional Dual Enrollment students are limited to three (3) total courses regardless of the postsecondary institution. Of the three (3) total courses, no more than two (2) courses may be taken on the college campus.

Students taking course on the high school campus must meet the eligibility requirements prior to the first day of class and be enrolled on the first day of the semester. Prerequisite requirements must be met three weeks (3) prior to the first day of class on the high school campus and for courses on the college campus. Prerequisite requirements must be met three weeks (3) prior to registration for courses on the college campus. Official transfer credits, AP test scores, IB test scores, AICE test scores, and all other placement test scores must be submitted to FSCJ at minimum of three (3) weeks prior to registration for courses on the college campus and three (3) weeks prior to the first day of class for courses on the high school campus.

The very last day for schools to submit student registration documents is May 1st (by 2:00 PM) for Fall semesters and November 15th for Spring semester (by 2:00 PM). There are no exceptions to the registration deadlines. There is a deadline each semester for students to CORRECTLY complete the FSCJ online application. Schools will have an earlier deadline in which students must submit their registration form so that they may ensure that they are able to get all forms reviewed, follow up as needed, and submitted to FSCJ by the deadline for registration.

Interested students may inquire with his/her designated high school dual enrollment coordinator about the process for testing and signing up for classes.
