B.E.S.T. Writing scores will load into the Family Portal on or before June 30th.
Unique access codes will be sent to private schools by the end of the testing window to the email address provided when registering. Private school students will receive their unique access code from their private school.
Scores will be loaded to FOCUS when the official score file is received from the State. This is usually 4-8 weeks after the testing window ends.
Scores are not provided over the phone or via email from the Testing Office.
Consent to Receive School Health Services Form:
All students testing on Duval County Public School campuses will need to have a completed Emergency Contact Information, Authorization for Release of Student from School and Consent to Receive School Health Services form on file in order to receive any care and/or treatment for illness, injury and/or emergency care.
