Crisis Aware
Crisis Aware Grant provides crisis/suicide prevention awareness training to FSS Therapists, School Social Workers, School Counselors and School Psychologists to quickly identify any student at any school with a crisis-level mental health concern and provide de-escalation strategies to keep the student safe while connecting to appropriate resources.
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a 2-day training teaching how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan to keep someone alive. These skills are valuable skills can be utilized inside or outside of the school setting with a youth or an adult.
LivingWorks Start teaches trainees to recognize when someone is thinking about suicide and connect them to help and support through a 90-minute online interactive training session.

The goals of ReCAST include:
Building a foundation to promote well-being, resiliency, and community healing through community-based participatory approaches
Strengthening the integration of behavioral health services and other community systems to address the social determinants of health
Creating more equitable access to trauma informed community behavioral health resources
Ensuring that program services are culturally specific and developmentally appropriate
